By Dime a dozen is the price of the lectures and discources on leadership. Motivation speakers has become a mere adjective in Instagram bios- as if it were a profession in itself.

Here is my version of the same quote:
“ Find a crowd, follow the trail to reach the top and then lead the crowd”
A leader is not someone who knows the way and shows it to others. A leader, more often than not, is someone who finds where the crowd is going—and walks in front, pretending to lead.
A true leader is not the person who has vision, mission and dimension. A true leader is one who observes the masses, is able to guage the majority wave and then is able to convincingly place himself in front of the crowd showing everyone that he was always there.
To ask whether the leader precedes the follower is to ask whether the chicken precedes the egg.
If you wish to be a leader, the formula is simple:
‘FOLLOW THE CROWD’
